In the early morning hours of July 10, 2026, a devastating fire occurred in Building 1. Our hearts are with everyone affected by this tragedy. The fire caused significant structural damage, and Building 1 has been deemed uninhabitable.
This page has been created to serve as a central location for updates, important information, and resources for residents and owners affected by the fire.
Based on the initial information provided by Oncor and other responding agencies, owners and residents of Building 2 are expected to be able to return to their homes within the next few days, provided there are no changes to the availability of electrical and water service. The Association is actively coordinating the necessary repairs and inspections and is working diligently to restore safe access to Building 2 as quickly as possible. Repairs to the interior hallway lighting are also underway.
For the residents of Building 1, the loss extends far beyond their homes. Many families lost nearly all of their personal belongings, including clothing, medications, toiletries, and other daily necessities. This page will include information about available community resources, emergency assistance, temporary housing, and opportunities for those who wish to help.
If you or your organization would like to donate goods, services, gift cards, or other assistance to the families affected by this fire, please get in touch with nicole@veracityinc.com. We will coordinate available resources and update this page with information for both those in need and those who wish to help.
Thank you to our first responders, utility providers, contractors, volunteers, and community members for your compassion, patience, and support during this difficult time. Additional updates will be posted here as information becomes available.
Information on this page will be updated as it becomes available. We appreciate everyone’s patience as emergency personnel, utility providers, insurance representatives, and contractors continue their work.

At this time, we do not have an answer regarding the cause of the fire. Fire investigations are thorough processes that involve multiple agencies and careful examination of the scene. We understand that many owners and residents are eager for answers, and we appreciate your patience as the investigation continues.
As soon as official information becomes available and is appropriate to share, updates will be posted on this page.
At this time, no one is permitted to enter Building 1. The fire severely compromised the building’s structural integrity, creating significant safety hazards. Access to the building has been restricted to protect the safety of everyone involved.
We understand that many residents lost irreplaceable personal belongings, and we recognize how difficult and heartbreaking this situation is. However, unless authorities determine it is safe to enter, access cannot be permitted.
We encourage all affected residents to contact their insurance carrier as soon as possible to report the loss and begin the claims process. Your insurance representative can assist you with questions about replacing personal belongings, temporary housing, and other available benefits. If you need assistance locating community resources, please refer to the resource information provided on this page, which will continue to be updated as additional support becomes available.
As we have experienced with prior catastrophic losses within the Association, thorough investigations and evaluations must be completed before restoration and rebuilding plans can begin. While this process can be lengthy, these steps are necessary to ensure that all damage is properly assessed and that rebuilding proceeds safely and appropriately.
The Association is committed to cooperating with all parties involved and will communicate updates as information becomes available. We will continue working diligently to move the process forward as efficiently and productively as possible while supporting our owners and residents throughout this process.
