AC preferred vendor

The association has two approved vendors that have roof access for AC repair.

Both vendors are pre -approved for roof access, and their liability insurance is on file.  The access fee will be waived if you choose to use an approved vendor for your AC or Heating repair.  

If you choose to use your own vendor, you will be charged a $150.00 access fee, per the policy.  Your vendor may not access the roof until proof of Liability Insurance is received.  Please refer to the AC Unit Maintenance Policy in the Governing Documents section of this page.
