At this time, the association has two pre-approved vendors that have roof access for AC repair.

Since these vendors are pre-approved for roof access, their liability insurance is on file with the management company, Veracity, Inc. The access fee will be waived if you choose to use one of the listed approved vendors for your AC or Heating repair.
If you choose to use your own vendor, you will be charged a $150.00 access fee, per the policy. Your vendor may not access the roof without pre-arranging access and providing proof of Liability Insurance before access is granted. Please do not wait until your vendor arrives, as the association will need to arrange for someone to meet your vendor and grant access. The association does not have on-site maintenance, and the volunteer liaison is not available 24/7.
