THE CITY OF DALLAS HAS ASKED THAT WE POST THIS HOTLINE FOR THE PUBLIC TO CALL WITH QUESTIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Based upon federal, state, county and local Stay Home Orders and other guidance, we strongly encourage all residents to abide by the following:
Stay home unless you must travel to address an emergency, perform an essential business or to get food, groceries, medical attention for you or a pet or to obtain pharmaceuticals. Stay at least 6 feet, or more, away from others when going to and from your unit. We have closed all common amenities (pools and tennis courts) so please do not attempt to use them. Please do not congregate outside your unit with people who are not living in your home. Please only use the elevator one person at a time or with people of your same household. With respect to visitors to your unit, we encourage you to limit guests to those delivering food, groceries, medicine or providing medical or home health care. In connection with workers coming to your homes, please limit such access to work related to keeping your home habitable, such as necessary electrical, plumbing or utility work. Please do not perform elective remodeling work on your home during this COVID-19 crisis. And please refrain from having social guests visit our community during this time. Please keep in mind that this community, the board of directors and management have no obligation and no ability to safeguard residents from COVID-19. We are simply doing what we can to remind residents of how they can help slow the spread of this virus.

We have received numerous reports about sewer blockages from flushing baby wipes and paper towels. It is never recommended to flush anything besides toilet paper .
